Soy Leonardo Williams Gonzalez. En 1982 realicé mi primer cuchillo. Tres años después me encontré atrapado por esta pasión de crear con mis manos. Cuando comencé, trabajaba en forja de elásticos y espirales de autos en desuso, hoy lo hago en acero inoxidable y oxidable alto carbono. Todas las hojas las realizo a partir de planchas, planchuelas y barras de acero, y el desbaste lo hago a pulso y sin guías. No uso ningún tipo de fundición, ni torno. Los cabos los hago en madera estacionada, micarta y asta de volteo de ciervo.
Mis diseños son exclusivos y hoy recorren el mundo. También realizo réplicas de piezas antiguas en bronce, plata y oro. Mis cuchillos expresan mi pasión por la vida.

My name is Williams González. In 1982 I made my first knife on my own. Three years later I found myself trapped by this passion to create with my hands. At the beginning, I used to work on forging elastics and spirals from cars in disuse. Nowadays, I do the same using stainless steel and high carbon oxidizable. Every sheet is made out of plates and steel bars, and the roughing is made freehand and without any guides. I do not use any kind of casting or lathe. The handles are made of timber and antler. My designs are unique and at present they can be found all over the world. I also make bronze, silver and gold replicas of ancient pieces. My knives express my passion for life.
